Soft Fresh Cheese 

The cow version is Fromage Blanc, similar to Quark or Creme Fraiche. Our southernized version is the garlic chive in the background but one of our biggest sellers of all time! 

Our Garlic Chive Fromage Blanc is great on a crudite. It can be spread on salami slices, rolled, secured with a toothpick for a charcuterie or cheese tray. Being a true cheese you can also cook with it. Try adding it to pasta or veggies after cooking and turning off the heat as a nice alternative to heavy Alfredo sauce.

In the foreground is our chèvre. Keep an eye out it may pop back at farm tastings.

Wheels of Cheese 

Winter is when Scott has time to make cheese wheels. And  yes, you can order a whole wheel for yourself. He has made gouda, cheddar, and  halloumi wheels to name a few. We have infused our wheels with wine and  beer for wineries, breweries, and  weddings.  We like to age cheddar at least 8 weeks. So get your cheese wheel orders for spring 2026 in this fall!
